General Questions

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our Book Now button, call or text us at 219-308-9469, or message us on social media.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a fee.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We operate by appointment only to ensure personalized service and enough time for every client. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.

Is there parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available directly outside our building at 4800 W. Smith Valley Rd., Suite A, Loft M, Greenwood, IN.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuity is always appreciated but never required.

Service Questions

Can I add enhancements like dermaplaning or jelly masks to my facial?

Absolutely! We offer a full menu of Add-On Treatments to enhance your facial experience. You can add these during booking or request them at the start of your appointment.

How long do waxing results typically last?

Most waxing results last 3–4 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle. Regular waxing can help slow regrowth over time.

What makeup services do you offer?
Makeup services are available by request and include bridal, airbrush, and special occasion makeup. A consultation is required prior to booking.
How long does a brow waxing appointment take?
Most brow waxing appointments take about 15–20 minutes. If you’re receiving a brow tint or shaping consultation, it may take a bit longer.

Skincare Questions

How do I know which facial is right for me?
Your esthetician will guide you during a consultation to determine the best treatment for your skin type, concerns, and goals.
What products do you use during facials?

We use professional-grade, clinical-strength skincare lines, Jan Marini, Hale & Hush (Sensitive Skin), HOP (Korean), Krx (Korean), Dermathod (Korean), and Corthe (Korean).

Should I stop using retinol or exfoliants before my facial?

Yes, we recommend discontinuing any active ingredients (like retinol or AHAs) at least 3–5 days before your appointment to avoid irritation.

Can I wear makeup after a facial?
It’s best to let your skin breathe for at least 24 hours after a facial. If necessary, mineral makeup is a gentle option.
Do you offer skincare product recommendations?

Yes! After your treatment, we’ll recommend personalized products and routines to help you maintain your glow between visits. At Aphrodite Esthetics, we thoughtfully curate results-driven skincare from trusted lines including Jan Marini, Hale & Hush (especially ideal for sensitive skin), and four innovative Korean skincare brands: TOV, Krx, Corthe, and Dermathod.
