However, to ensure fairness and maintain a smooth experience for all clients, I ask that you please review and respect the following policies.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 40% is required for all appointments. This deposit is applied toward your total, and the remaining balance is due at checkout.
Late Arrivals
A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals.
- If your appointment is 15 minutes in length, it will be automatically canceled if you’re late and will need to be rescheduled.
- For longer appointments, I’ll do what I can with the remaining time. However, the full service amount will still be charged.
- Grace may be extended depending on the schedule for the day, but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be handled directly through the online booking site.
- If you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, please reach out via text (preferred), phone, or email.
- Each client is allowed one cancellation or no-show per year without penalty.
- Habitual late cancellations or no-shows will require pre-payment for future appointments.
Rescheduling must occur within 24–48 hours of the original appointment time to avoid being treated as a cancellation.
- One reschedule is included per deposit. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit, and three or more reschedules may result in full prepayment being required for future bookings.
Card on File & Late Fees
A valid card on file is required for all bookings.
- If repeated late cancellations or no-shows occur, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.
- Future appointments will then require full payment in advance.
Respecting Time
I strive to be prompt and respectful of your time and ask for the same in return. Clients who repeatedly no-show, arrive late, or cancel appointments without notice may be blocked from booking in the future.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. This applies to both services rendered and products purchased. If you experience any concerns or dissatisfaction, please reach out directly, I’m always happy to work with you to find a solution.

If you have a payment card on file, please note that we do not have access to your full card information. Only the last four digits are visible to us during checkout, strictly for verification and processing purposes.
